Women Leaders in Data and AI (WLDA)
is a global leadership organization committed to shaping a fair digital world by advancing women leaders who impact the future of data and AI with parity and equity.
We work with companies who understand the value of diversity in Data and AI and the impact it has on better business outcomes.
WLDA offers a unique, structured approach for women in data & AI to have access to community, support, mentoring and sponsorship to become women leader role models.

THE WHY BEHIND WLDA
The lack of women in tech, data and AI is contributing significantly to bias which lead to unintended consequences like discriminatory hiring, flawed credit scoring or medical diagnoses. (i.e. WEForum, MIT)
According to a study by Accenture and GirlsWhoCode, workplace experiences are playing a significant role in attracting, retaining and developing women leaders. Women hold 27% of computing roles in US companies. However, 50% of women who take a tech role, leave by age 35.

The AI strategy training course based on Asha Saxena’s book “The AI Factor” is designed to help business leaders understand and apply AI to drive growth in their organizations.
